Alessandro Motroni

Alessandro Motroni has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Alessandro began their career in 2004 as the R&D Manager at E. Janach Srl and held this position until 2008. In 2006, they became the CEO of 3DIEMME Srl and remained in this role until their next venture in 2012. At Evoguide Srl, Alessandro served as a Co-founder from 2012 to 2018. Currently, they are the Senior Director of R&D for Digital Dentistry at ZimVie, starting in February 2023.

Alessandro Motroni pursued their education at the Politecnico di Milano, where they earned a degree in Ingegneria Biomedica from 1995 to 2003. Later, they enrolled at MIP Politecnico di Milano from 2016 to 2018 to obtain an Executive MBA degree.
