He most recently served as Chief People Officer for Gannett/USA TODAY Networks and has held executive roles within other Fortune 1000 companies, including Cooper Industries, Pepsi-Cola, Footstar, America Online (AOL)/Time Warner, and The Federal Reserve Board.
