Kimberly Crowder

Kimberly Crowder, SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in the field of benefits and total rewards. Kimberly currently holds the position of Director of Total Rewards at ZimVie since May 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Benefits at ZimVie and Zimmer Biomet.

Before joining ZimVie and Zimmer Biomet, Kimberly worked at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK as the Director of Benefits, Senior Benefits Manager, Benefits Manager, and Senior Benefits Consultant. Prior to that, they gained experience at General Dynamics, where they served as a Benefits Analyst and Benefits Assistant.

Kimberly's career began at Greenspun, Shapiro, Davis & Leary, where they worked as a Legal Assistant. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated expertise in benefits management and has proven herself as a valuable asset to their employers.

Kimberly Crowder, SHRM-SCP, obtained a BA in Government & International Politics from George Mason University. In August 2017, they received the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.
