Kristi Lehman

Kristi Lehman is a seasoned corporate governance and securities professional currently serving as the Corporate Governance & Securities Manager at ZimVie since March 2022. Previously, Kristi held the same title at Zimmer Biomet, focusing on corporate legal management and securities law from July 2021 to March 2022. Kristi’s extensive experience spans over a decade in various paralegal roles, including positions at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, Arcadia Resources, Inc., and a major law firm in Indianapolis, where expertise encompassed corporate, securities, and contract law. Kristi began their career in paralegal roles in general corporate law at ADESA. Kristi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Indianapolis.
