Emil Ciotta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client experience management, having served as Team Lead Client Experience at Zinc Group since January 2023. Prior to this role, Emil was with Bupa Global from March 2011 to March 2022, where responsibilities included managing the Assistance Network as a Service Manager, overseeing partner governance, contract negotiations, and performance development. Emil also held various roles at Bupa, including Team Coach, Integration & Relationship Manager, and Medical Assistance Advisor, focusing on operational process improvement and customer experience optimization. Earlier in the career, Emil worked in the film industry as a Film Director and Producer after earning a Master of Arts from the University of Television and Film in Munich, Germany.
