Liz Turner

Liz Turner serves as the Global People & Experience Lead at Zinc Group since July 2020, focusing on enriching team member experiences that embody Zinc's purpose and values. Previously, Turner held the role of Head of Global People & Experience at Visa from March 2018 to April 2020, where responsibilities included aligning cultural values and managing strategic people integration initiatives. Prior to Visa, Turner was Head of Global People & Experience at Fraedom, where notable achievements included winning the Employer of the Year in 2016 and the Team Culture Award in 2017. Additional experience includes leadership positions at HRG Australia, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Stillwell Motor Group, and Entertainment Development Group, spanning over a decade in human resources and training management. Education was completed at Bendigo Senior Secondary College.
