Rob Stephenson⁷

Rob Stephenson is a founder and leader in the mental health and wellbeing sector, currently serving as Founder and CEO of FormScore since January 2020, where efforts are focused on promoting intentional wellbeing through innovative workplace solutions. As the founder of InsideOut LeaderBoard, Rob works to eliminate the stigma of mental ill-health in the workplace by showcasing executives' experiences. Additionally, Rob co-founded InsideOut Awards to celebrate mental health advocates and has held roles such as Academy Fellow at ZINC and Managing Director at MindCycle Events, which promote discussions on wellbeing through engaging activities. Other significant contributions include co-founding G24 in response to COVID-19 to foster conversations on mental health, supporting MQ: Transforming Mental Health as a Development Partner, and establishing The Human Reserves Initiative for wellbeing consulting. Rob's background in finance includes being a founding partner at Maven Partners, along with experience as a coach with Unhinged Cycle Coaching. Rob graduated with a First Class BSc in Economics from Loughborough University.
