Vivek Ghiya

Vivek Ghiya is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment analysis and corporate advisory. As Partner and Founder of ASIL Partners LLP since January 2023, Vivek leads the equity and debt capital solutions segment, providing comprehensive corporate advisory and capital introduction services. In addition to this role, Vivek serves as a Seed Investor for RideTandem, focusing on mobility technology that promotes social and environmental impact. Previous positions include Head of Investments and Head of Value Creation at VEON, where Vivek developed mobile digital product strategies, and Sr Research Analyst at Bank of America, specializing in the European Software & Services sector. Earlier career phases included roles at IBIS Capital Partners LLP, RWC Partners, Hasma Capital Advisors, Fidelity Investments, and internships at Hamilton Lane and Davidson Capital Management. Vivek holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi.
