Jacob Swiss is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in product marketing, digital marketing, and strategy development across various industries. Currently serving in a marketing role at OpenObserve since March 2025, Jacob previously held the position of Senior Product Marketing Manager at Grafana Labs, where responsibilities included product launches, sales enablement, and integrated marketing campaigns. Prior to that, Jacob excelled as Director of Product Marketing at Spytec GPS, overseeing go-to-market strategies and consumer insights. Additional roles at Infosys and Managed Health Services involved regional marketing ownership and digital marketing advancements. Jacob holds an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a BA in Telecommunications Technology, Folklore & Ethnomusicology, and History from Indiana University Bloomington.
