Raven Welch serves as the Founding Demand Generation Lead at OpenObserve since June 2025, bringing extensive experience in demand generation and marketing strategy. Previously, Raven held the role of Senior Demand Gen Manager at New Relic, where leadership was provided for a unified content strategy that enhanced organic traffic. At Amazon Web Services, Raven managed global marketing campaigns, emphasizing stakeholder engagement and campaign efficacy. Additional roles include Campaign Strategist at Knack Collective, Marketing Campaign Manager at Zones, and Marketing Manager at Washington Partners. Raven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The University of Georgia and has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UC Berkeley Extension.
