Manish Malhotra has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Manish is currently the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Data Science at Session AI, where they drive the company's growth and aligns business strategy with innovation and investments. Prior to this, they co-founded Session AI and served as the Chief Product Officer and Head of Data Science, leading the development of real-time customer interaction management solutions.

Before joining Session AI, Manish co-founded and served as the COO of Social Lair, Inc, where they were responsible for product, market, and customer-related activities. Manish also worked at Alcosta Networks as a Principal and at Sun Microsystems, where they held various roles including Director of Business Development and Director & Country Head of Software LOB.

At Sun Microsystems, Manish led the business development and sales enablement efforts for enterprise software portfolio across APAC & Emerging Markets. Manish also served as the Director of Engineering, leading the product development of Java Enterprise software tools and reducing product release time to drive faster adoption. Manish started their career as a Design Engineer at Engineers India Limited and worked as a Consultant at Lucent Bell Labs.

Additionally, Manish has teaching experience as a Visiting Professor at Stanford University, where they taught courses in Finite Element Analysis and Numerical Analysis, and conducted research as a PostDoc Research Associate.

Manish Malhotra completed their BTech degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Following this, they pursued higher education at Stanford University, enrolled in the School of Engineering. Manish spent five years, from 1991 to 1996, earning their MS and PhD degrees.
