Built to Build and growing fast we are looking for someone to help continue our rate of growth through the generation and management of new business opportunities. We need a Sales Development Representative who is enthusiastic about uncovering customer challenges and discovering potential solutions built on the latest technologies.

We are 100% focused on building solutions for Twilio’s customers, whether that’s helping organisations move their communications to the cloud, implementing an omnichannel communications strategy, or building out a cloud-based contact centre. Headquartered in the UK and with external backing, Zing works with businesses and not-for-profits in the UK and across the Globe.

You will be working alongside our commercial team to generate new business and networking opportunities within targeted campaigns. This will include building relationships with partner contacts to drive lead generation across Growth, Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts. You must be a confident communicator, comfortable interacting with potential customers through Phone, Email and Chat channels.

In addition to communication skills, this position would require the individual to have experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification procedures.

Our office is in Paddington, West London but we have a flexible mode that supports remote and hybrid working. Responsibilities

  • Qualifying inbound leads to identify appropriate channel for sales process
  • Maintain a high conversion rate by following an effective communications plan
  • Capture key information for all calls and record accurately on CRM system
  • Identify key value points for prospects and establish Zing as a credible partner to address these value points
  • Manage and maintain sales collateral and reference documentation

  • Competitive Salary + Commission (OTE £40,000)
