Keiko Tokuda

Chief of Staff at Zingtree

Keiko Tokuda is the Chief of Staff at Zingtree. Prior to their current role, they were the Director of Product Marketing at Eventbrite from October 2011 to December 2016. Keiko also served as the VP of Global Marketing at Front from May 2017 to August 2019.

Tokuda has been credited with leading Front's inbound marketing strategy which resulted in new business growth of XXX% to $XXM ARR in 2 years. Keiko also established a strong foundation for marketing execution including the implementation of a new website, marketing tech stack, events, content, product marketing, and comms strategies.

Under Tokuda's direction, Eventbrite grew to become one of the largest event planning companies in the world. Keiko was responsible for overseeing all aspects of product marketing including strategy, positioning, messaging, launches, and go-to-market plans.

Tokuda is a experienced marketing executive with a proven track record of success in fast-growing startups. Keiko is passionate about people development and currently focuses their efforts on coaching as a professional coach.

Keiko Tokuda holds a BA from Stanford University in International Relations and Psychology (Minor). Keiko also studied Japanese language studies in Kyoto, Japan as part of their Global Studies program at Stanford University. Keiko is a certified Google Marketing Academy from The Wharton School. Keiko is also certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute, and as an EQ-i 2.0 + EQ 360 Certification Program from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS). Lastly, they are certified as an Associate Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation.

They work with Scott Kincaid - CFO, David Apple - CRO, and Mark Beckmeyer - Sr. Director, Security. Keiko Tokuda reports to Juan Jaysingh, CEO.
