Raoul Hingle

Raoul Hingle has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Vice President of Strategy & Growth at Zinier, a position they began in November 2022. Before that, they worked at OYO from 2019 to 2022, serving as the Head of Partner Retention and Success for the US market, as well as the General Manager for the South USA region. During their time at OYO, Raoul was responsible for various aspects of the business, such as business development, revenue operations, product management, and partner success, and they contributed significantly to revenue growth and partner retention. Prior to OYO, Raoul worked at EY for five years in the Advisory - Performance Improvement division, primarily in the oil and gas and power and utility sectors. Raoul'sresponsibilities included supporting business transformation efforts, managing multidivisional personnel structures, performing cost analysis, implementing new accounting standards, and leading projects related to strategic planning and financial tracking. Raoul also has experience in the technology sector, where they were involved in robotic process automation and agile project management techniques. Raoul began their career at Schlumberger, working as a Field Engineer, General Field Engineer, and eventually as a Drilling Services Manager. Raoul also had an internship at Motorola. Overall, their work experience showcases a strong background in strategy, business development, operations, and project management across various industries.

Raoul Hingle's education history begins in 2001 when they enrolled at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Raoul pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Electronics and Instrumentation, which they completed in 2006. During this time, they also pursued a Master of Science (Honours) in Economics, which they successfully completed in the same year.

In 2013, Raoul Hingle attended the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, where they embarked on a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. This program lasted until 2014, granting him a valuable qualification in the field.

Furthermore, Raoul Hingle obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2019, demonstrating their expertise in this role.
