Sushma Cheluvaraj

Sushma Cheluvaraj has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Sourcing Specialist at Motorola for four years. From 2004 to 2007, they served as an HR Generalist at Pivotal Software. Following that, they joined Business Objects as a Senior HR Generalist from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, they worked briefly as a Senior Manager of People Practices at Viteos.

In 2010, Sushma joined INSZoom Technology & Services as a Senior Manager of Human Resources. Sushma held this position until 2013 when they became the Head of Human Resources for India at MaaS360 by Fiberlink, an IBM Company. Continuing their career at IBM, Sushma served as a Senior HR Business Partner for India Software Labs from 2016 to 2022. During this time, they led HR programs, provided strategic guidance to business teams, and focused on talent management.

Currently, Sushma holds the position of Director of People Operations at Zinier, starting in November 2022.

Sushma Cheluvaraj completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Management Center for Distance Learning. The program took place from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, Sushma attended Bangalore University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. The specific duration of their bachelor's degree is unknown.
