Mónica began their career as a Quantitative Analyst at Metra Seis, where they worked for 3 years before moving to Synovate, where they worked as a Quantitative Analyst for 4 years. Mónica then moved to Ipsos, where they worked as a Project Manager for 5 years. After Ipsos, they joined Zinklar as the Director of Customer Success, where they have been for the past 5 years.
