Travon Mondelus

Travon Mondelus B.S. is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Help Desk Engineer and Security Specialist at Zinnia Health since February 2022, with responsibilities including Intune administration. Previously, Travon held the position of Information Technology Support Specialist at HCI College, where tasks involved providing first-line technical support, setting up hardware for new store openings, troubleshooting issues, monitoring data backups, and authoring technical documentation.
