Priyanka Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning strategic advisory, talent consulting, writing, and leadership roles. Priyanka is currently the Head of Talent Experience & Excellence at Zinnov, where they provide strategic guidance to Fortune 500 organizations and manages a business portfolio of revenue size. In addition to their role at Zinnov, Priyanka is also an author and artist, having published two books - "People's Kafe - A little book of Epiphany" and "People's Kafe - A little Slice of Life". Priyanka previously served as the CEO of People's Kafe - Talent Consulting Services, where they offered thought leadership and expertise in talent management. Priyanka has also held positions as an Executive Editor, Columnist & Advisor at The Easy Wisdom, a Consultant in Talent Management at Monsanto Company, a Senior Manager in Corporate HR at Directi, a Senior Associate in People Strategy at Sapient Consulting, and a Manager in Organization Effectiveness at Aditya Birla Minacs Worldwide Limited. Priyanka Kumar holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communications from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow. Priyanka also earned an MBA degree in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. Prior to their higher education, Priyanka completed their ICSE & ISC education with a focus on Maths, Physics, Chemistry, English, Hindi, and Arts at Seth M R Jaipuria School in Lucknow.
