Angelica Martinez has had a long career in customer service. Angelica began in 2008 as an Inbound Customer Service Representative at Yellow Cab Pizza. In 2009, they moved to Teleperformance as a Customer Service Representative. In 2010, Angelica joined Results Group Manila Inc. as a Customer Service Representative, where they educated customers how to use company systems, complete forms and obtain desired services. In 2012, they were hired as a Performance Development Coach at ePerformax Contact Centers & BPO, where they improved team efficiency and productivity by restructuring workflow and managing assignments. Most recently, in 2020, Angelica became an Account Manager at Zintro, where they serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned customer account management matters, builds and maintains strong, long-lasting client relationships, negotiates contracts and closes agreements to maximize profits, and develops new business with existing clients.

Angelica Martinez began their educational journey in 2000 when they attended Fort Bonifacio High School. Angelica then attended University Of Makati in Makati City, Philippines from 2004 to 2007, where they studied Broadcast Journalism. Finally, in 2014 they attended Infotech Institute of Arts and Sciences, where they studied Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management.
