Anthony Holowicki has over 20 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management. Anthony began their career in 1999 as an Operations Manager at Heritage Travelware, where they were responsible for the P&L of operations distributing merchandise to major retailers. During their time there, they managed a staff of managers, drivers, and warehouse personnel, and negotiated contracts with 3PLs and labor providers. In 2004, they moved to Larson Juhl as a Logistics Manager, where they reduced detention fees by 100% with a new tracking system and managed a successful bonus program based on safety, quality, and production goals. In 2007, they took on the role of Division Manager of Distribution at Lions Clubs International, where they were responsible for the global supply chain P&L and increased revenue by 15%. Anthony then reduced transportation expenses by 11% with new carrier contracts and freight audits. In 2009, they worked as a Logistics Consultant at Schindler Elevator Corporation, where they improved overall warehouse efficiency by 15% and eliminated overtime with new processes. Anthony also completed WMS, TMS evaluations and 5S implementation on time and within budget. In 2012, they became a Distribution Center Manager at Flash Global Logistics. In 2014, they began working as an Independent Consultant and Logistics, Operations, and Supply Chain Consultant at Zintro and Guidepoint, respectively.

Anthony Holowicki received a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce and Management from DePaul University.
