Hans Somer

Hans Somer serves as the Voorzitter raad van bestuur at Zinzia Zorggroep since January 2019 and is accredited in the "Register van geaccrediteerde bestuurders in de zorg" as of December 1, 2020. Additionally, Hans holds a Nevenfunctie as a member of the Raad van Toezicht and the audit committee for quality in care and services at Driestroom since March 2019. Previously, Hans was the (Statutair) plaatsvervangend bestuurder and Directeur at Zozijn from January 2009 to February 2019, playing a key role in the strategic turnaround and development of a 48-hectare estate for client services. Hans has held numerous leadership roles in various organizations, including as a Nevenfunctie on multiple boards and as locatiedirecteur at various institutions specialized in behavioral health for youth. Hans's education includes several postdoctorate courses from the University of Groningen and executive coaching, with foundational degrees in pedagogy and physical education.
