Brian Poe has extensive experience in the field of optimization and personalization. Brian is currently the Director of Optimization and Personalization at Zion & Zion since 2022. Prior to this, Brian held the role of Senior Conversion Optimization Consultant at Blast Analytics from July 2021 to August 2022. During their time at Blast, they led optimization engagements for prominent clients like Amtrak and Ulta Beauty and contributed to thought leadership in the field.

Before joining Blast Analytics, Brian worked as a User Experience Strategist Consultant at Evolv Technologies from August 2020 to July 2021, where they focused on developing UX strategies, data-driven optimization roadmaps, and experimentation. Brian also served as a Senior Strategist in Conversion Optimization and Analytics at CXL Agency from November 2019 to August 2020.

Prior to these roles, Brian gained experience in the areas of data intelligence, digital strategy, and analytics at Ogilvy where they worked as the Director of Data Intelligence & Digital Strategy from June 2017 to September 2019. Brian supported various clients including AXA, US Bank, Pioneer, Marriott, and others, and received training and recognition for their work.

Earlier in their career, Brian served as the Manager of Digital Analytics, Testing & Optimization at Best Buy from December 2015 to May 2017, where they led digital insights and managed a conversion optimization program. Brian also held positions at EVINE Live Inc., Capella University, GoKart Labs, and Target, where they gained experience in digital marketing analytics, conversion optimization, and web analytics.

Brian Poe obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
