Joel Curd

Joel Curd is an experienced professional in the field of BSA/AML compliance, currently serving as the BSA/AML Compliance QA Manager at Zions Bancorporation since December 2014. In this role, Joel manages a team of quality assurance analysts to conduct reviews of financial intelligence products and is responsible for developing and implementing QA metrics. Prior to this, Joel held the position of BSA/AML Compliance QA Review Officer at Zions Bancorporation, where responsibilities included conducting QA reviews of various compliance documents. Joel’s experience also includes working as an AML Consultant in Mumbai, India, focusing on KYC remediation, and as a KYC/EDD Compliance Supervisor managing a team of analysts. Previously, Joel served as an Assistant Branch Manager at JPMorgan Chase, overseeing operational functions related to compliance and fraud prevention. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University.
