Steve D. Stephens

Steve D. Stephens is EVP, CEO of Amegy Bank of Texas. Stephens began his career with Texas Commerce Bank, where he joined the lending officer development program before eventually becoming senior executive vice president in commercial lending for Texas Commerce - Reagan. Since helping to found Amegy Bank in 1990, Stephens has led Amegy Bank’s commercial banking, retail and private banking activities. He received his bachelor’s of business administration from the University of Houston.
