Robert Reid

Robert Reid has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Robert worked as a Manager of Training and Quality at Zip Co, where they developed a comprehensive training program for over 300 agents in the US and created training materials for the international rollout of the company. At Coinbase, they served as a Compliance Support Specialist, assisting customers with cryptocurrency-related inquiries and ensuring efficient processes. Prior to this, Robert worked as an E-book and Print Designer at 52 Novels, where they converted manuscripts into various e-book formats and designed files for interior print. Robert also gained experience as an Account Manager at Booyah Advertising, helping clients improve their online rank position and providing monthly reports. Additionally, Robert worked as a Visual Merchandiser at Eco-Products, where they created visually appealing in-store displays and window displays to drive sales and increase foot traffic.

Robert Reid attended Wentworth Institute of Technology from 1997 to 1999. During their time there, they studied Industrial and Product Design. Robert did not obtain a degree during this period.
