Victoria Turner has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In their current role as a Decisioning Platform Product Manager at Zip Co, they have launched a BNPL and Bank Partnership, expanding opportunity for physical cards to 160k Zip customers. Victoria has also led the overall roadmap and strategy for Consumer Compliance, Consumer Privacy, and Financial Crime, resulting in cost savings of $2.

Prior to their current role, Victoria was the Owner of Tori Del Photography, where they provided white glove service for engagement and wedding photography coverage. Victoria successfully established a 5-year upward trend in clientele and sales and utilized social media platforms for successful marketing. Victoria also employed editing tools like Lightroom and Photoshop and implemented analytics software to better understand audience behavior.

Victoria has also worked at Capital One, where they held multiple roles. As a Machine Learning Product Manager, they led the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for two enterprise platforms, enabling data scientists to build and train models within a cloud infrastructure. Victoria also worked as a Principal Associate Agile Delivery Lead, where they facilitated and managed teams and coached team members on Agile practices. Victoria also held roles as a Senior Associate Scrum Master, Associate Scrum Master, Corporate Support, and Loss Mitigation Analyst, showcasing their skills in project management and customer service.

Victoria Turner attended Strome College of Business from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A) with a concentration in Finance. Later, they pursued further education at the same institution from 2014 to 2016, earning a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
