Vijaya Lakshmi

Vijaya Lakshmi is an experienced professional in project management and program leadership, currently serving as an LPMO at Zip Co since July 2022. Prior to this role, Vijaya held the position of SVP Project Management at Citi from July 2018 to July 2022, and served as a Senior Manager at TechMahindra for Scotiabank from June 2009 to May 2017, where responsibilities included managing large, complex programs and overseeing onsite and offshore teams. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at Statefarm Insurance (October 2004 - May 2009) and a PMO position at GE (May 2001 - October 2004). Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Osmania University, and a Diploma in French from Alliance Francaise de Hyderabad.
