Christopher Pfeifer's work experience begins in 2008 when they worked as a Student at The University of Arizona. Christopher then joined JCPenney in 2011, starting as a Sales Manager and working their way up to become a Talent Resource Leader, Store Leader, and eventually a General Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team of associates, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Christopher joined Zipline in 2021, initially serving as a Flight Operator before being promoted to Flight Operations Lead in March 2022.

Christopher Pfeifer obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2008, they earned an Associate's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Orange Coast College. In addition to their formal education, Christopher has also obtained several certifications, including an FAA Remote Pilot License from FAA Part 107 Certified Pilot in May 2022, CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the American Red Cross in January 2022, and an Aircraft Flight Instructor, CFI & CFII certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in August 2020. Christopher also acquired a Commercial Aircraft Pilot license from the Federal Aviation Administration in May 2020.
