Queenly Quartey (BSc, MPH)

Queenly Quartey has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Queenly currently works at Zipline as the Fulfillment Operations Lead, where they are responsible for maximizing impact and problem solving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Queenly also partners with stakeholders in development partner organizations to implement effective programs. Prior to this role, they worked as a Health Systems Integration specialist at Zipline, where they created and managed brief projects for stakeholders and clients and built and maintained high trust relationships with client stakeholders. Before Zipline, they gained experience as a Customer Experience Specialist and Inventory Control Specialist at the company. Queenly also has experience as a Public Health Intern at the Northern Regional Health Directorate, where they monitored data and collaborated with team members to analyze and interpret the data. Queenly has also worked as a Project Intern at the USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program-Procurement and Supply Management, where they conducted supportive supervision and data collection exercises. Additionally, they have worked as a Laboratory Assistant at Volta River Authority and as a Student Intern at Kinapharma Limited, where they gained hands-on experience in the manufacturing process and conducted quality control tests.

Queenly Quartey completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry at the University for Development Studies from 2013 to 2017. Queenly then pursued a post-graduate degree in Public Health at the same institution from 2019 to 2021. In 2022, they obtained a certification in Project Management from Certified Ghana.
