Lacei Higgins

Lacei Higgins is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in IT support and management. Currently serving as the Manager of IT Support at Ziply Fiber since August 2020, Lacei has previously held the position of IT Service Desk Manager at Wave Broadband from July 2017 to August 2020. Prior to that, an IT Administrator role was undertaken at Wave Division Holdings, LLC from August 2013 to July 2017. Lacei's career began at Garlic Jims as an Assistant Manager from April 2006 to February 2009. Educationally, Lacei obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Everett Community College between 2009 and 2012.
