Hanish Rathod

Hanish Rathod has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Hanish is currently working as the VP of Revenue Operations (GTM Strategy & Ops) at ZipRecruiter since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the GTM Strategy & Operations (Rev Ops) Leader at ServiceTitan from June 2021 to December 2022. Hanish also held the position of Sr. Director of Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Analytics at Zendesk from April 2017 to June 2021. Before that, they were the Group Product Marketing Manager at The Climate Corporation from June 2015 to April 2017. Hanish has also worked at VMware as the Lead Product Marketing Manager from September 2013 to June 2015, at Morgan Stanley as a Senior Research Associate in Technology Investments from May 2010 to September 2013, at Citigroup Investment Research as a Research Associate in Energy Investments from May 2008 to July 2009, at Raytheon as an Associate Manager in Corporate Strategy & Partnerships from August 2006 to July 2007, and at Raytheon as a Process Engineer and Analog/Digital Microprocessor Design Engineer from October 2004 to October 2006 and from October 2004 to August 2006, respectively. Additionally, they have experience as the Founder and Chief Western Coordinator at the National Coalition for Affordable Graduate Education from May 2002 to July 2005, where they led efforts to introduce a legislation and gained support from various universities and organizations.

Hanish Rathod obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University in 2001, with a triple major in Electrical Engineering (Honors), Computer Science, and Mathematics, along with a minor in Physics. Hanish then pursued a Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Wireless Integrated Circuits and Systems, at UCLA from 2001 to 2004. In 2006, Hanish attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for a brief period, focusing on Economics and Econometrics. Later, from 2007 to 2010, they attended Harvard Business School, where they completed their MBA degree in Strategy, Finance, and Asset Management (VC/PE). In 2016, Hanish participated in an Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
