Iddo Rachlewski

Iddo Rachlewski is the Vice President of Engineering at ZipRecruiter. Prior to joining ZipRecruiter, Rachlewski served as the Vice President of Research and Development at Convertro, which was acquired by AOL in 2017. Iddo also held positions as a software engineer at Verint and CA Technologies, and served as the Infrastructure Applications Team Lead at Partner Communications Ltd. Rachlewski began their career as a software developer at Yael in 2004.

Iddo Rachlewski has an MBA in Management of Technology, Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Tel Aviv University, as well as a B.Sc in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Iddo also has a certification from the Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Master.
