Jason Hernandez is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing innovative features and optimizing performance across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at ZipRecruiter since December 2024, Jason previously held a similar role at Smartsheet, where significant contributions included enhancing live collaboration features and leading a performance squad that drastically improved page load times. With a strong background in implementing complex systems at Honey and developing user interfaces at Moz, Jason also has early experience in engineering internships at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, Serpa Packaging Solutions, and Rockwell Automation. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from California State University, Fresno.
