Jessica Lee

Jessica Lee has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jessica started their career as an Instructor at the University of California Riverside Extension in 2014. Jessica then went on to become the Director and Founder of ABC Academy SCV, Inc. from 2007 to 2016. In 2017, they became an Associate Director of Faculty Development at Loyola Marymount University, where they also served as Adjunct Faculty in the School of Education. Jessica joined the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education in 2020 as a Member of the Board of Advisors. Jessica also served as a Board Member at Soleil Academy from 2020 to 2023. Jessica's most recent role was at ZipRecruiter, where they worked as the Learning and Development Manager from 2019 to 2020, followed by roles as Human Resources Business Partner and Sr. Manager, People. Jessica then served as the Chief of Staff from 2021 to 2022, and they are currently working as the Director of Product Operations. Additionally, Jessica is also a Board Member of the College of Education Alumni Board at California State University, Northridge.

Jessica Lee's education history includes a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree from the USC Rossier School of Education, obtained from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Masters degree in Education Curriculum & Instruction from California State University, Northridge, from 2012 to 2014. Jessica'sundergraduate education was also at California State University, Northridge, where they obtained a Bachelors degree in Journalism from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their educational achievements, Jessica has obtained additional certifications including being an OKR Expert, certified as a coach in OKRs, alignment, and measurement in January 2021. Jessica also holds a certification as a Certified Diversity & Inclusion Recruiter, obtained in December 2020 from AIRS powered by ADP.
