Ward Poulos

Ward Poulos has a diverse range of work experience in the field of design and creative direction. Ward co-founded ZipRecruiter in 2010 and currently serves as the Chief Design Officer, with a focus on ensuring a positive experience for users. Ward was also an advisor for PactSafe starting in 2015. Before that, they were the Creative Director at MyLife.com, where they led a team in optimizing user experience. Prior to that, they worked as a Creative Director at Pictage and Senior Web Designer at Rent.com, an eBay company. Ward also has experience as a freelance designer, offering branding, web design, and marketing solutions to various clients. Ward started their career as a Creative Associate at Avante Global, LLC, where they worked on web design and brand identity projects.

Ward Poulos attended North Central High School from 1989 to 1992, but did not earn a degree or major in any specific field during that time. Ward then went on to attend Wabash College from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts. Ward graduated Cum Laude.
