Shaun Dry is a Corporate Culinary Manager with extensive experience in executive chef roles at various restaurants such as The Brews Hall, Rock'N Fish Manhattan Beach, and North Italia. Starting as a Junior Sous Chef at Shade Hotel, Shaun worked their way up through the culinary industry, gaining experience in team leadership, product ordering, and menu management. Graduating from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Shaun has a strong foundation in culinary arts and is known for managing complex menus with over 70 dishes.
