Jonathan Burns

Jonathan Burns has a diverse work experience history. Jonathan started their career as an Assistant Florist and also helped with marketing at Leaf Design Floristry from 2010 to 2015. Jonathan then worked as a Freelance Copywriter, taking on various writing projects for different clients from 2015 to 2017. After that, they joined incite new business as a Copywriter, creating copy for multiple channels and clients from 2017 to 2019. Jonathan then joined Voxbone (now Bandwidth) as a Content Associate, focusing on B2B content creation, and later transitioned to the role of Content Manager from 2020 to 2021. Jonathan then moved to Bandwidth Inc. as a Product Marketing Manager in 2021. In 2022, Jonathan joined Toku as a Product Marketing Manager, where they supported product, sales, and marketing teams, and played a key role in product and feature launches. Currently, Jonathan works at Zivver as a Product Marketing & Enablement Manager, shaping the voice and messaging around the company's offerings to meet customers' needs.

Jonathan Burns attended Boldon School from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued their secondary education and earned their GCSE's. Jonathan then enrolled at Newcastle College from 2010 to 2013, where they completed their A-Levels. Afterward, Jonathan attended the University of York from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Linguistics. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Product Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in February 2023.
