Stuart Irvine

Stuart Irvine has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the consumer goods industry. Stuart is currently the CEO of ZIWI. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of Lion, where they transformed the operating model to create a consumer-focused business. Before Lion, they were the CEO of Nestlé Russia and Eurasia, where they successfully reinvigorated growth in the region. Stuart also held the position of CEO of Nestlé Poland and the Baltics, where they rejuvenated market performance through restructuring and implementing a values-based leadership culture. Irvine also has experience in Nestlé Purina PetCare Europe and Proctor & Gamble, where they contributed to sales management.

Stuart Irvine holds an MA (HONS) First Class degree in Geography from The University of Edinburgh, which they obtained between 1984 and 1988. In addition to their academic achievements, Stuart has obtained various certifications including being a member of several esteemed organizations such as the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Diversity Council Australia Ltd. Stuart has also served in leadership positions such as Chair of Governance and Citizenship Committee at the Business Council of Australia. In 2022, Stuart became an Adjunct Professor at UTS Business School. Stuart continues to engage in various initiatives, including being a member of the Champions of Change Coalition and the Australian Climate Leaders Coalition.
