Jeffrey Koon

Jeffrey Koon is an experienced technical support professional with a diverse background in IT and digital support. Since September 2018, Jeffrey has been serving as a Level 2 Technical Support specialist at Zix. Concurrently, Jeffrey has held the position of Digital Support Specialist at Muratec America, Inc. since November 2014. Prior to these roles, Jeffrey worked as an IT Specialist at Mossmans Business Machines from April 2008 to October 2014 and contributed to the Tech Team at Mission Point Church between 2002 and 2014. Jeffrey holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Integrated Digital Imaging from Texas State Technical College Waco, obtained between 1996 and 1998.
