Responsibilities
Provide user support with tickets and requests.
Process automation with Salesforce Flow.
User account management, permissions, and role assignments.
Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards.
Assist with user training and documentation.
Assists with platform maintenance and feature updates.
Ensures data integrity through regular maintenance and data cleanup.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience with git for version control.
Experience with CRM platforms and functionality.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours & Hours of Operation
Reno, Nevada:
Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with a 1-hour lunch, Fridays 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch
Benefits & Perks
Available to all full-time employees after 90 working days
Compensation:
$55,000 - $65,000
Pay dates are biweekly
