Oleksandr Mosin has an extensive work experience in various roles related to sales and channel partnerships in the cybersecurity industry. Oleksandr is the Founder of OM-Sales, where they connect cybersecurity vendors to proactive channel partners and manages the entire channel sales cycle. Oleksandr also worked as a Regional Sales Director at Sectona, where they provided purpose-built access platforms for securing privileged accounts and managing remote workforce access. Additionally, Oleksandr served as the Channel Sales Director at Blueshift Cybersecurity, Armarius Software, 9STAR, Cigent Technology, and Zluri, where they defined channel sales strategies and developed strategic partnerships. Oleksandr also worked as an Associate Professor of Economics at Alfred Nobel University and as a Business Development Leader Europe/MEA at Appranix. In 2015, they served as a Member of the Editorial Board for the journal Business & Management Studies: An International Journal.

Oleksandr Mosin has a diverse education history. Oleksandr obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European Union and French Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2017. Oleksandr completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics and Management at Dnipro University of Technology from 2011 to 2014. Before pursuing their PhD, they also earned a Master's degree in Management of Organizations from the same institution in 2011. Oleksandr began their academic journey with a Bachelor's degree in Management of Organizations from Dnipro University of Technology, which they obtained from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired certifications such as DALF C1 from Alliance Française Paris Île-de-France and IELTS 7.5 Band Score from the British Council.
