Dorian Kronenwerth

Dorian Kronenwerth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer care, policy advocacy, and digital strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Care at DIGI Belgium, Dorian also holds positions as a Representative for BeNeLux & EU at the German Design Council and as a Policy Specialist & Content Strategist at ZN. Dorian is the Founding Director of Crown Consultance, which focuses on business representation in the BeNeLux region, and has chaired The Digital Circle since its inception. Previous roles include leadership positions at VATM and co-founding Sphere Travel Club. Dorian's academic qualifications include an MA in European Political and Administrative Studies from the College of Europe, an Advanced Master in Innovation and Strategic Management from Solvay Brussels School, and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Durham University.
