Angus Douglas

Angus Douglas is an experienced maritime professional currently serving as Senior Trader for VLCC and Suezmax at Zodiac Maritime Limited since January 2020, specializing in chartering for various tanker types. Prior experience includes roles as Director and Freight Trader for Sea Wolf Tankers Inc. and Blue Fin Tankers Inc. at Heidmar Inc., managing a fleet of 34 tankers from September 2013 to December 2019, and acting as VLCC freight trader for St James's Chartering Limited between March 2011 and September 2013. Additionally, Angus worked as a CPP freight trader at Chevron and as a distillates trader at Greenergy. Early career experience includes a range of roles within BP, where participation in the Euro-grad scheme took place in 2001. Angus holds a CPE in Law from The College of Law, Guildford, as well as a BA (Hons) in History from Durham University.
