Haya Al Khatib, PhD has a diverse work experience in the field of nutrition science and research. Haya currently holds the position of Head of Special Projects at ZOE since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Visiting Research Fellow and Guest Lecturer in Nutritional Sciences at King's College London starting in September 2020. Haya also worked as a Nutrition Science Consultant from November 2021 to November 2022.

Earlier in their career, Haya held various roles at ZOE, including Head of Programs from April 2021 to September 2021, Nutrition Scientist - ZOE Product Development from January 2020 to April 2021, and Nutrition Manager - Customer Success from November 2017 to January 2020.

Haya also has experience working at King's College London as a Postdoctoral Research Associate from June 2018 to June 2019 and as a Nutrition Science Doctoral Researcher from January 2015 to August 2018. In addition, they served as an Ambassador for SCI: Where Science Meets Business from August 2017 to March 2018.

Haya Al Khatib, PhD has an extensive education history. Haya began their academic journey by obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Pre-Medicine/Nutrition from Penn State University, which they attended from 2009 to 2013. Building upon their undergraduate studies, Haya pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Nutrition Sciences at King's College London. This program of study lasted from 2013 to 2014. Finally, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Diabetes & Nutritional Sciences at King's College London, graduating in 2018. With their broad educational background in the field of nutrition and strong research focus, Haya Al Khatib, PhD is well-equipped to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in their chosen area of expertise.
