Lucia Marchione

Lucia Marchione is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Director of Global Strategy at Zoetis since June 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group from July 2019 to June 2023, where Lucia led significant projects focused on performance improvement and transformation within various sectors such as healthcare, life sciences, and retail. Prior to BCG, Lucia held positions at the American Heart Association, CEB, St. Gabriel's College, PTC, and EMC, gaining extensive experience in strategy development, business development, and marketing. Lucia's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business and a BBA in International Business from Loyola University Maryland.
