Jesse Crosson is the founder of Second Chancer Foundation, leading a team and volunteers with a focus on setting strategic direction. With experience at Zoic Capital as a Marketing Associate, Jesse worked on enhancing the company's brand presence. Previously founded Night is Day LLC to advocate criminal justice reform through social media. Skilled in managing low voltage systems at the Virginia Department of Corrections, Jesse holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ohio University.
