Osaretin Nosakhare

Osaretin Nosakhare has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 2010, they worked as an Electrical Maintenance Intern at Anotech Global Company Nigeria Ltd, focusing on maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic equipment.

In 2013, they were a Flow-line Valves Maintenance Intern at Ricos Technical Services Nigeria Ltd, where they gained experience in maintenance and repair of flowline valves.

From 2015 to 2016, Osaretin worked at Concept Nova in roles such as Implementation Officer, Senior Implementation Officer, and Assistant Manager. Osaretin managed a team of technicians and was involved in product installation, maintenance, and software development.

In 2018, they joined Rensource Energy as a Project Design Engineer, responsible for design analysis, site inspections, and preparing project designs.

Most recently, Osaretin joined ZOLA Electric in 2020. Osaretin initially served as the Field Quality Engineering Manager, where they utilized data analysis tools to track field failure rates and led cross-functional teams for product resolution. Later, they became the Product Quality Manager, ensuring product quality from design to field release. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations, overseeing technical operations and customer service.

Osaretin Nosakhare has a Master's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Lagos. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and a Diploma in Computer Engineering, both from the University of Benin.

In addition to their formal education, Osaretin has also obtained various certifications. Some of these include the "Advanced Training Course 2021" from the RES4Africa Foundation, the "Micro-Grid Academy (Introduction to the Value Chain of the Renewable Energy Decentralized Systems)" also from the RES4Africa Foundation, and "Verified International Academic Qualifications" from the World Education Services. Osaretin has also completed certifications in areas such as problem-solving, energy transition, core tools, lean six sigma, project management, technical support fundamentals, and sustainability, among others.
