Jason Toris

Jason Toris has over 18 years of experience in engineering, web development, and technology. Jason currently holds the position of Senior Director of Engineering at Zola.com since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as Director of Engineering and Lead Engineer at the same company. Before joining Zola.com, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Front-End Engineer at Zola.com from 2013 to 2018.

Jason also has experience working at Cirrata, Inc. as a Web Application Developer from 2008 to 2013, where they developed web and mobile-based integrated business solutions for small businesses. Jason has also worked as an Independent Technician at Canaan Technology and as a Network Services Assistant at Wilton Library Association. Additionally, Jason co-founded an independent web design business and worked as a Web Developer designing websites for the local community.

Jason has also contributed to projects at Cornell University, where they worked on the development of an online course management system, and at Teach For America - Summer Institute, where they served as the Technology Operations Coordinator. Jason Toris completed their high school education at Wilton High School from 2000 to 2004. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science at Cornell University from 2004 to 2008.
