Tori Franklin has accumulated diverse experience in customer support, software engineering, and the performing arts. Currently, Tori serves as a Customer Support Supervisor at Zola since September 2020, after progressing through roles as a Senior Customer Support Representative and Customer Service Representative. Tori also completed software engineering training at Nashville Software School, graduating in January 2024. Prior experience includes customer service roles at Adina Eden and DialAmerica, where Tori assisted clients with educational services and subscription management. In the performing arts, Tori worked with Sarasota Opera as a Resident and Apprentice Artist, showcasing soprano talents. Tori's background also includes educational roles, such as Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Tennessee and color guard director positions at multiple high schools. Tori holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Teacher Education from Brevard College and a degree in Opera/Vocal Performance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
