Aron Jost

Aron Jost has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Aron is currently employed at zolar as a Product Lead, where they started in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at Enpal GmbH from September 2021 to April 2022, where they were responsible for launching an innovative scheduling system and implementing routing and optimization algorithms. Before Enpal, Aron served as a Product Manager at ZF Car eWallet GmbH from June 2020 to July 2021, where they analyzed market stakeholders, created technology landscapes, and led major product shifts.

Aron also has experience as a Founder & CPO at IdeaFox, a B2B SaaS business, where they launched and grew the company, developed user-centric products, and led sales and customer success. Aron worked at IdeaFox from September 2016 to December 2019.

In addition, Aron has held roles at Viessmann as a Digital Innovation Manager (Consultant), ThinxNet as a Product Manager (Working Student), Memeni as a Product Manager (Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs), Bain & Company as a Working Student, and Morgenweck&Company GmbH as an Intern.
